ASUS 7-Inch Tegra 3 NVIDIA Tablet

I am very happy with my 7″ Acer Iconia A100 Tablet even though there are issues with it, I can normally get a full-day on one charge. But this year at CES ASUS blew me away with the announcement of a 7″ tablet powered by the Tegra 3 chipset and sporting the latest version of Android – Ice Cream Sandwich.
We’re talking quad-core CPU and priced at $249.00 – only $50.00 more than the Kindle and it will do more than the Kindle will ever be able to do. Seems to me that this is a no brainer.
The 7″ ASUS is set to be released in the first half of 2012, no firm date was provided by ASUS.
Did I mention that it also nabbed the Best of CES 2012 Award?
